Patricia is a project manager and consultant at Blueshift with a background in business and over 12 years of project management experience in Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. Patricia is responsible for delivering Blueshift's larger and more complex projects on schedule, on budget and on scope. Patricia recently managed a large project to develop a series of biosecurity-related strategies and framework documents, to sit within a regulatory framework, for a client in the Middle East. Prior to joining Blueshift, Patricia worked for Marine Produce Australia (part of the Barramundi Group), Australia’s only sea-cage barramundi farm, as Special Projects Manager.Patricia was involved in all aspects of this aquaculture business; including operations, human resources, compliance, and operational health and safety.

 

In Canada, Patricia worked in commercial real estate as a construction Project and Program Manager, with a focus on interior refits and upgrades to decrease a building's carbon footprint, and increase its energy-efficiency, such as installing LED lighting, and energy-efficient window coverings. Patricia is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 2014 and has a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business from Sheridan College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Brock University, both in Canada.
