Dan Fels

Dan Fels is an economist and has over 30 years of experience working in agriculture and aquaculture industries, including managing commercial operations and research programs in Northern Australia for over 9 years. Prior to this, Dan held research roles at the WA Department of Agriculture and the Centre for Legumes in Mediterranean Agriculture at UWA and worked in agricultural banking as the regional economist at Bankwest. Dan has undertaken feasibility and commercial assessment studies on a range of species in Australia and Asia. He holds Bachelors degrees in Science and in Economics from UWA, and a MA in Science and Technology Policy from Murdoch University.
